  If I could give zero stars I would. Just received this email from the office stating we are no longer allowed to bring coolers to the pool and that’s just the most recent issue.
  
  Recently someone has been going around stealing tailgates off of trucks. I’ve heard this happen to a few neighbors as well as a friend of mine that was here visiting.
  
  I pay extra for trash service however they come when they want, sometimes skipping days, and don’t always take all the trash. The office wouldn’t do anything about the issue so I had to call the trash company myself to make a complaint.
  
  The landscaping on the property is terrible. Bushes/trees, not planted correctly, fall over and sit for days or weeks. They eventually get thrown away and then leave obvious gaps. Half of the mulch has floated away. This occurs anytime it rains.
  
  The rent here is outrageous, and the office said it’s going to be a lot higher if I renew which will not happen. If I could leave today I would. I will definitely leaving when my lease is up in October!
