  I've been here for a month and this place is disgusting! First off, after being here for 2 days we discovered roaches and I went and bought home defense and have been spraying regularly. We advised the management of the problem and they sent pest control out to our apartment but they said they couldn't spray because we have a cat. They put some baits down but if I wasn't spraying I'm sure we would still see roaches. Secondly the neighbors are filthy. They throw trash everywhere and leave empty beer bottles around the grounds and a lot of them have dogs and they allow their dogs to poop all over the grounds and don't pick up after them. There are cigarette butts all over the ground and management doesn't do anything to control it. We are constantly calling maintenance to fix things in our apartment. I hate it here and I want to move already!
