  This is a clean complex that is well kept up with! I love living right on the water it is so nice to be at the pool overlooking the water! Or fishing off the new pier! The maintenance staff here is very responsive if you do have any issues. Also Hannah from the office is such a nice and helpful member of the apartment staff!

  I have been here almost 2 years and I love the place. Great view nice size apartments. BUT they got new maintenance who suck and have bad attitudes. The new office people are rude and don't follow what's written in your lease. I refuse to talk to anybody other than Hanna because they are full of lies and attitude. I had problems with Hanna in the beginning but she stepped up to fix problems no matter what. Jaime insist on making the problems worse and is very rude. They keep telling me there is a courtesy officer and I have yet to see one. When I need one and call and there is no option to get to one. I have to call the police out for stupid stuff that a courtesy officer could handle. Way to many lies and they think we are stupid. They have a new pest control company that works great. I did have a roach problem which being close to the water is expected but the pest control would come out and it would get worse. The company they have now has come and treated twice and I have not seen one roach in weeks. This is not a bad place to live they just need professional people who care I'm in the office and maintenance needs to know what they are doing. The owners need to get off the finance and let management get good companies to fix things properly instead of half a**.
